Due to many files being recieved and processed we can't possibly reply to all in one day, however each and every submission does come to our offices and is replied apon in due time. *Note about the server issuse, adress 12-13-2013 During the Decemeber month many of our lines, as well as our sites was doen due to a large sercurity breach in out parent company. A unknown file was present and was stealing CONFIDENTIAL information. Thanks to our fileing system, personal information was protected due to a encrption software. However this source was unable to be traced, as a result we implimented extreem security in making sure personal data from you, as well as from us as was and still is protected. This means for a period of time our servers were rewired to encrypt incoming calls, as well as our extensions and lines that recieved calls. We got numerous complaints as we tried to tackly this nuicence. Now we inform you that the server has been restored fully, and any issues caused by it, or miscommuncations will be, to the best of our abilty recovered. However it is impossible if we don't have help from you who were affected, we ask you input your complaint to help us address your issues.

This means all payments due the first of each month have been lifted, anyone in debt less then $300 dollars has been issued a bailout, any shows, tours, or other activities prior to this ,,that were on the task to complete, have been moved to a later date. Any problems with payments, and payments being recieved have also been resolved. Again there is no way we as a company can adress every issue we ask you voice your thoughts.Thank you all
